1. GENERAL CONDUCT

1. Members of "Insane Sanity are expected to have a fun loving and easy going attitude.

2. Members of "Insane Sanity have a strong will and are not easily discouraged.

3. You will be expected to put the needs of your guildmembers above those outside the guild.

4. Treat others how you would want to be treated.

5. Always be respectful in /guildsay and the forums.

6. No talking trash or continuing another's trash in General or Trade Chat. You carry the Insane Sanity tag and what you do represents us all.

7. Never Kill Steal, Spam, Ninja Loot, in any pug you might be in.

8. No drama. We won't tolerate it. If you didn't learn to play well with others in kindergarden, we aren't going to put up with it here.

9. If you have alts in other guilds please let leadership know so if we need you to get on your main you do

2. RAID ATTENDANCE

1. We will have 3 planned raids a week, if you are online you are expected to attend. If you don't want to raid, then don't log on. Monday Tuesdays Thursday 630-930 server 

3. /GUILDSAY and FORUM GUIDANCE

General:

1. Racial, ethnic, sexual, or religious slurs will not be tolerated and are cause for immediate removal.

2. Personal attacks on any guild member or the guild itself will not be tolerated. If you have a problem with someone or something first attempt to work it out in /tell. If you can not resolve the issue talk to an officer in /tell or PM the guild leader or another officer.

3. Guildchat and the forums will be kept to PG-13. Ententre and suggestive comments are fine... graphic offensive language is not. There is a channel for that.

4. Talking 'trash' is allowed but must be done in an obviously fun loving and joking manner. If you are upsetting someone - then stop.

5. No whining. No flaming. Again, if you have an issue that is bothering you /tell or email an officer at some time OTHER than immediately before, during or after a raid.

4. Raiding

1. Raids will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 630-900 server.

2. Mandatory Addons Omen, DBM, Vent. Optional but would like to see is Boss Tactics

3. All raiders will watch videos on the content for the week

4. Vent will be quite except for Raid leaders and Tanks during fights.

5. If there is a wipe hurry up get back in and get rebuffed to attack again.

6 Since we dont raid as long as other guilds we wont break during raids no AFKS.

7. Show up at least 15 miniutes prior if not tell raid leader or officer you might be late.

8. Loot will be a DKP based system once we get everyone here and ready.

9. No posting of recount or any other tracker we are a team.  No need to have 18k dps if we didnt down the boss cause you pull aggro off the tank.

 5. Ranks

Recruit- 2 week minimum just to get you used to us

Casual- Not a raider but welcome to raid

Raider- Expected to be at all raids prepared watched videos on the fights. 

Core Raider- The best Raiders that we have

Officer- Guild leadership they run the guild from day to day and take care of all complaints, lead raids, put raids in the calender.
